A RenMind Advisor is a Gardener for Organizational Impact
Think of me as your dedicated product / customer experience gardener. My role is to help you cultivate and nurture your organization and it's products so it can grow strong and resilient.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Each week, I walk through the garden with you. We look at each plant (your people), each garden bed (your teams), and the overall layout (your organization). We discuss what's thriving, what needs attention, and where we might need to make changes.
- Real-Time Insights: During our walks, I capture insights and observations—what's working well, what needs more sunlight, and what might need pruning. I use tools like Google Meet and Miro to make sure we don't miss anything important.
- Planning and Adjustments: After our check-ins, I help you plan the next steps—whether it's adding more fertilizer, rearranging the garden beds, or preparing for the changing seasons. We document everything in tools like BuildBetter.ai, so you always have a clear picture of where we're heading.
- Extra Help When Needed: If a storm is coming or you want to plant something new, I’m here to provide extra support. You can bring me in for more intensive work, whether it’s half a day or half a week, to ensure your garden continues to flourish.
